01

Purpose of the DPA

The DPA describes how Reviving processes personal data on behalf of its customers, allocates responsibilities between the parties, and documents instructions, security posture, and sub-processor expectations.

Not every website interaction requires a DPA, but customer platform deployments often do depending on the nature of the data and the contractual framework.

02

Typical DPA topics

  • Roles of the parties and subject matter of the processing
  • Instructions, confidentiality expectations, and technical safeguards
  • Sub-processor management and customer notification commitments
  • Deletion, return, and retention handling at end of service
  • Assistance with validated data-subject requests where contractually required
03

Requesting the current DPA

To request the current DPA, contact privacy@reviving.app or route the request through the contact page so it can be matched to the correct commercial workflow.

Reviving may request context about the customer entity, region, data scope, and target contracting timeline before sharing the appropriate draft.

Operational reminder

The DPA should be aligned to the actual deployment and customer geography. A public placeholder download is less useful than the right draft routed through diligence.
