01

Purpose of this policy

Reviving is built for operational use in regulated and trust-sensitive environments. This policy defines the activity that is prohibited on the website, in product tenants, and during integrations, testing, or implementation.

02

Prohibited activity

  • Using the service for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, tenants, APIs, networks, or data.
  • Interfering with the performance, integrity, or availability of the platform.
  • Uploading malware, malicious scripts, or content intended to exfiltrate or destroy data.
  • Sending spam, abusive messages, or communications that violate applicable healthcare or consumer protection rules.
  • Circumventing license limits, rate limits, or security controls.
03

Healthcare-specific restrictions

Because Reviving supports patient access and outreach workflows, users must not configure or use the service in ways that create misleading patient communications, unauthorized disclosure of health information, or inappropriate automation in high-risk situations.

No false identity or impersonation

Do not present messages as coming from clinicians, payers, or customer representatives unless the customer has explicitly configured and approved that workflow.

No unauthorized PHI handling

Do not upload, transmit, or expose protected health information outside the customer-approved and contract-supported workflow.

No unsafe automation

Human review remains required for decisions that the customer treats as clinical, regulatory, or materially patient-impacting.

04

Monitoring and enforcement

Reviving may investigate suspected misuse, limit activity, suspend access, or terminate services when necessary to protect customers, the platform, or the public.

Where appropriate, Reviving may coordinate with the affected customer, law enforcement, regulators, or infrastructure providers.

How to report a concern

Report misuse, suspicious behavior, or security concerns through security@reviving.app or the contact page.
